    Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Chatbots lack the ability to understand and respond to individuals' emotions. Career decisions often involve emotional aspects that only a human counselor can address with empathy and support.
    Handling Complex Issues: Chatbots are limited in addressing complex personal or career challenges. They rely on pre-programmed responses and may struggle with unexpected situations or providing tailored advice.
    Contextual Understanding: Chatbots may have difficulty grasping the unique details of an individual's situation, which can affect their ability to offer appropriately adjusted advice.

Advantages of chatbots include:
    24/7 Accessibility: Chatbots are available around the clock, offering guidance whenever users need it, unlike human counselors who have limited office hours.
    Instant Responses: Chatbots provide immediate answers, which is ideal for users seeking quick information and solutions.
    Extensive Information Database: Chatbots can tap into a vast array of data on various occupations, educational requirements, and labor market trends, ensuring users have access to comprehensive information.
    Cost-Effectiveness: Chatbots are often more affordable than human counselors, making career guidance more accessible to a broader audience.

In summary:
