C-Focus I – Spell 2 Workshop Successfully Concludes at CIGI Campus

Kozhikode: The Centre for Information and Guidance India (CIGI) successfully concluded the second phase of the C-Focus I (Spell 2) Workshop, a three-day intensive training programme organized as part of its Human Resource Development (HRD) initiative. The workshop was held at the CIGI Campus, Chevayur, from 15 to 17 May 2026.
The programme brought together 32 CIGI volunteers from various districts across Kerala who had successfully completed the C-STEP programme. Designed to strengthen professional competencies, leadership qualities, and personal effectiveness, the workshop provided participants with advanced training to prepare them for greater responsibilities within the organization.
The workshop featured a series of comprehensive and interactive sessions facilitated by experienced CIGI resource persons, including Dr. Jayafarali Alichethu, Sajid A. Kareem, Mubeena Ambra, Rahiyana Beegam, M.A. Rafi, Naseef, Gafoor Attur, and Saifudheen Azhikode. The sessions focused on competency development, communication, leadership, facilitation techniques, team building, and personality development, enabling participants to enhance both their professional and personal capabilities.
The programme was coordinated under the leadership of Nisha M.M., Department Director; Fareeda Salam, Project Director of C-Focus; Noosia E., D vision Director; Rahiyana Beegam, Director of C-STEP; Mubeena, EHRD Director; and Saeeda, Department Coordinator. Their guidance ensured the successful planning and execution of the workshop.
