Career @ Grassroots Program Held by CG Thrissur District Committee at Kecheri

Thrissur: The CIGI Thrissur District Committee organized a Career @ Grassroots Program at Kecheri Nusratul Islam Madrasa, providing valuable career guidance to SSLC, Plus One, Plus Two students, and recent graduates.
The session, led by CIGI Resource Person Abdul Halik, focused on helping students understand how to choose the right courses based on their aptitude, how to evaluate educational institutions and explore available scholarship opportunities. The interactive session aimed to equip students with clarity and confidence in making academic and career choices.
In a notable announcement, Mahal President A.K. Abdul Rahman declared that the Mahal will offer financial support to students from the community who aspire to prepare for civil services or are academically talented but financially constrained.
The program began with a welcome address by I. Shamsuddin, followed by an introductory speech from the President. Secretary V. Habib Rahman expressed gratitude to the resource person and attendees, acknowledging the importance of such initiatives in empowering youth at the grassroots level.
The event marked another impactful step in CIGI’s commitment to bringing career awareness and guidance to underserved communities, ensuring that no student is left behind due to a lack of information or opportunity.
