Kerala Administrative Service (KAS) 2025 – Notification on March 7
The official notification for the Kerala Administrative Service (KAS) 2025 examination will be released on March 7, 2025. The selection process includes a Preliminary Examination, Final Examination, and Interview, culminating in the publication of the rank list on February 16, 2026.
Exam Schedule:
- Preliminary Examination (Objective)
- Date: June 14, 2025
- Structure: Two papers, 100 marks each
- Conducted in a single phase
- Final Examination (Descriptive)
- Dates: October 17 & 18, 2025
- Structure: Three papers, 100 marks each
- Interview
- Completion: January 2026
- Rank List Publication: February 16, 2026
The detailed syllabus for both the Preliminary and Final Examinations will be published along with the official notification. The syllabus will be based on the previous year’s KAS exam pattern.
Kerala Administrative Service (KAS) 2025 – Language Options
For both the Preliminary and Final Examinations, questions will be available in English and Malayalam, with Tamil and Kannada translations provided for minority candidates.
Candidates can write their answers in:
- English or Malayalam
- Minority candidates can choose English, Tamil, or Kannada
