HCL's TechBee program offers full-time employment to qualified +2 students, opening doors to global career prospects.
Selected students working on live HCL projects will receive a stipend of Rs 10,000 during the internship period.
Furthermore, selected students offered full-time positions at HCL are also presented with the chance to pursue higher education from renowned institutions such as Amity University online, IIM Nagpur, SASTRA University, IIIT Kottayam, KL University, and BITS Pilani if they wish to continue their academic journey.
Here are the higher education opportunities available through the HCL TechBee program:
- KL University: Offers a 3-year BCA program.
-SASTRA University: Offers a 3-year BCA program. Upon completion, candidates can enroll in a 2-year MCA or M.Sc. program.
-Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (BITS): Offers a 4-year B.Sc. program. Graduates can pursue Master's programs at the same university.
-Amity University Online: Offers 3-year BBA, B.Com, BCA, and B.Sc. programs, as well as 2-year MBA and MCA programs.
-IIM Nagpur: Offers a 5-year Integrated Management Program with online classes.
-IIIT Kottayam: Offers a 6-year Integrated M.Tech program with online classes on weekends.
HCL extends support by partially or fully financing the tuition fees for students pursuing higher education through its program.
This financial aid is structured to ensure that neither parents nor students bear any financial burden. Additionally, loans are facilitated through banking channels to further assist students in their educational pursuits.
Candidates have the option to pay the fee through EMI after securing a position at HCL.
During training, students achieving a score of 90% and above will receive a full fee waiver, while those scoring between 80% and 90% will enjoy a 50% discount on the program fee.
Upon selection for positions such as software engineer, infrastructure management, design engineer, or digital process associates, students will receive an annual salary ranging from Rs 1.7 lakh to Rs 2.20 lakh post-training.
The fee for the TechBee training program is Rs 1.40 lakh plus tax for the IT Role program, while it is Rs 51,000 plus tax for the DPO role program.

Eligibility for the HCL-CAT for TechBee Program:
Candidates who have completed their +2 in 2023 or 2024 with at least 65% marks in all subjects, and have secured more than 60% in Mathematics or Business Mathematics, are required to take the HCL-CAT to be eligible for the TechBee program. However, those who scored an 80 percentile or above in JEE Main 2023 are exempted from taking the HCL-CAT. For detailed information about qualified marks ,please visit www.hcltechbee.com.
Admission Process:
1.Online Career Aptitude Test (HCL CAT): The first step is an online assessment to evaluate students' aptitude in quantitative reasoning (mathematics), logical reasoning, and English language.
2.Interview: Candidates who pass the HCL CAT will be invited for an interview.
3.Offer Letters: Successful candidates will receive an issue letter followed by an offer letter from HCL.
