Eligibility: MA Counselling: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized University (Minimum percentage of mark is not required).

M.Sc Physics (Specialization in Energy Science): A Pass in B.Sc Physics from Mahatma Gandhi University or equivalent from other Universities.

M.Sc Chemistry (Specialization in Energy Science): A Pass in B.Sc Chemistry from Mahatma Gandhi University or equivalent from other Universities.

M.Sc Material Science (Specialization in Energy Science: A pass in B.Sc. or B.S in Physics / Chemistry / Materials Science / Nanoscience and Nanotechnology / Polymer Chemistry and Renewable Energy.

Selection: Selection will be based on the Rank list prepared based on the performance in the entrance exam. The selection of candidates will be provisional and subject to the verification of original documents. If a candidate fails to report for counselling on the specified date, his/her claim for selection will not be considered anymore.

The application fee for General candidates (Including All India Quota Candidates) : Rs. 1200/- (Rupees One thousand and two hundred only), for SC/ST candidates : Rs. 600/-(Rupees Six hundred only) and for International Students : US$ 100 (Equivalent Indian Rupees on the date of payment).

The KVASU came into existence on 14th June, 2010, as per Ordinance number 44/2010 and later Act 3/2011 of the Government of Kerala. The University hence is the product of continuous and genuine pursuit and sustained dream of many people, who initiated the efforts since the mid-nineties. The establishment is also the result of the recognition of the need to advance animal production sector activities and to widen the arena of academic opportunities, applied research and entrepreneurship in the field of animal health, production and allied subjects. The University is a public funded University with headquarters at Pookode, Wayanad, and the powers of the University are vested in its authorities –the Management Council and the Board of Management. The university has called up for admission 2023-2024 in B.Sc. (Poultry Production and Business Management).

Eligibility: For B.Sc. (Poultry Production and Business Management) 50 % marks in Plus two or VHSE of any stream.

Selection: The University will publish a rank list based on the marks secured by the candidates in the Entrance Examination conducted by the University at College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Mannuthy, Thrissur and College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Pookode, Wayanad. The selection for the BSc will be done from the corresponding rank list according to the rank, options and the reservation policies persist, through offline allotment process. The students have to attend the counselling process on the date notified by the University in the rank list.

An application fee of Rs.1000/- for General and Others and those candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories of Kerala origin should remit Rs. 500/- as the application fee (excluding bank processing charges). After remitting application fee, candidate should take the print out of the fee receipt
