Eligibility: General Candidates Must have passed English, Maths & Physics with minimum 50% marks at 10+2 or equivalent in individual subjects. SC / ST / EWS/OBC Candidates (in Non-Creamy Layer) Must have passed English, Maths & Physics with minimum 45% marks at 10+2 or equivalent in individual subjects. Candidates awaiting result for 2023 Class 12 Examination can also apply but they have to produce a pass result with requisite marks in the subjects mentioned in para 3 above, at the time of Interview / Aptitude Test.

Selection :Selection will be based on the Online Entrance Test, Pilot Aptitude Test and Viva/Interview. The cutoff marks for SC/ST/EWS/OBC candidates will be 5% less from the cutoff marks secured by the last candidate in the General category. Only successful candidates in Pilot Aptitude / Psychometric Test shall qualify for Interview/Viva. No relaxation criteria will be applicable for SC/ST/EWS/OBC Candidates in Pilot Aptitude/Psychometric Test.

The KVASU came into existence on 14th June, 2010, as per Ordinance number 44/2010 and later Act 3/2011 of the Government of Kerala. The establishment is also the result of the recognition of the need to advance animal production sector activities and to widen the arena of academic opportunities, applied research and entrepreneurship in the field of animal health, production and allied subjects. The University is a public funded University with headquarters at Pookode, Wayanad, and the powers of the University are vested in its authorities –the Management Council and the Board of Management. The university has called up for admission 2023-2024 in B.Sc. (Poultry Production and Business Management).

Eligibility: For B.Sc. (Poultry Production and Business Management) 50 % marks in Plus two or VHSE of any stream.

Selection: The University will publish a rank list based on the marks secured by the candidates in the Entrance Examination conducted by the University at College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Mannuthy, Thrissur and College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Pookode, Wayanad. The selection for the BSc will be done from the corresponding rank list according to the rank, options and the reservation policies persist, through offline allotment process.
