Applications are invited for the MBA Program in Power Management at National Power Training Institute. This is a two-year program spread over four Semesters. In the first year, students take courses in major functional general management areas like Human Resources Operations, Finance & Accounting, Marketing Information Technology and core Power Sector areas. In the second year, students take core courses with elective courses in their respective specialization viz. Sustainability, Data Science and Data Analytics, Cyber security and Cloud. To provide the industrial exposure, students sent for 8 weeks of internship/training. They are also given major projects based on current industry scenarios.

Eligibility: All candidates (excluding sponsored category) must have appeared for CAT or MAT or XAT or CMAT. B. The candidates (including sponsored category) who have obtained B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering) in any branch of Engineering or any other exam recognized as equivalent thereof by the J.C Bose university are eligible to apply. Candidates appearing in the final year/semester Examination can also apply. However, the result must have been declared by the time of counselling round.

Selection :70 percent marks of the total scores obtained by the candidates in CAT or MAT or XAT or CMAT, Marks obtained by the candidates in Group Discussion (Max 20 Marks), Marks obtained by the candidates in Personal Interview are the criteria for the selection.

An Application fee of INR 500/- should be paid at the time of registration.
