CIGI Launches K.P. Abdul Hameed Fellowship for Lakshadweep Aspirants

Kozhikode: The K.P. Abdul Hameed Fellowship, instituted by the Centre for Information and Guidance India (CIGI) for aspirants from Lakshadweep, was launched at the CIGI Campus in Chevayur. Fellowship sponsor Fazil Hameed inaugurated the programme, while CIGI General Secretary Dr. Z.A. Ashraf presided over the function, and Amina Hameed distributed offer letters to the fellowship recipients.
The ceremony was attended by CIGI Scholarship Department Director Fazal Mohammed, Merald Group proprietor Edathil Abdul Jaleel, K.V. Shamsudheen, CIGI Competency Department Director Hussain P.A., Anas Bichu, Jini Sona, and Amana.
The function also featured a felicitation for members of CIGI’s fellowship batches who secured jobs in Central Government institutions through the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) examinations. Additionally, candidates selected for the free residential Public Service Commission (PSC) coaching programme, jointly organized by CIGI and LAM PSC, were honored at the event.
