Empowering Educators: Two-Day Teachers' Training Program at Andalus Public School, Karunagappally

A comprehensive two-day Teachers' Training Program was successfully conducted at Andalus Public School, Karunagappally, under the leadership of the Center for Excellence in Education, CIGI. The training, held as part of CIGI's ongoing efforts to enhance educational quality and empower educators, brought together 30 dedicated teachers from the institution.
The program was expertly facilitated by Dr. Jayfarali Alichethu, Mr. Aslam Thenjipalam, and Ms. Mubeena Amra, who led engaging and insightful sessions throughout the two days. The training focused on innovative teaching methodologies, student-centric learning strategies, classroom management, and integrating value-based education into the curriculum.
The interactive sessions encouraged active participation, reflection, and collaboration among the teachers, helping them gain new perspectives on their teaching practices. The facilitators emphasized practical tools and techniques that can be immediately implemented in classrooms to improve student engagement and academic outcomes.
