XLRI announces admission to its academic programmes in Business Management, Human Resource Management, General Management and Fellow Programme in Management through XAT 2011. There are around 70 Management Institutes which select students on the basis of XAT score.

Programmes & Eligibility:
1. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in

1. Business Management (BM)
2. Human resource Management (HRM)

Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in any discipline a recognized university. Those completing their final examination by June 10, 2011 may also apply.

2. One year General Management Programme

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline a recognized a recognized university in a full time job and must have at least five years of relevant managerial experience as on March 31, 2011 after completion of graduation.

3.  Four year Fellow Programme in Management
Candidates should have Master’s degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ ST candidates) with the Bachelor’s degree /equivalent Qualification with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) obtained after a minimum of 10+2+3 years of education or a professional qualification like CA/ ICWA/ CS with at least 55% marks  (50% for SC/ST candidates) or BE/ BTech degree or equivalent with at least 60% marks ( 50% for SC/ ST candidates) and two years of relevant work experience.

How to register for XAT:

Register online and obtain XAT bulletin EromAxis bank: Click here http://184.73.49.226/XAT2010/Newregistration.aspx to register for XAT 2011. After completing the registration, download the XAT pay-in-slip. A non-refundable amount of Rs. 900/- is to be tendered to obtain XAT Bulletin 2011 erom select branches of Axis Bank. The detachable eorm given inside the bulletin is to be filled-up and sent to XAT office along with the XLRI’s copy of XAT pay-in-slip (signed and sealed by Axis Bank while buying the bulletin) OR

Register & Obtain XAT bulletin Erom XLRI Jamshedpur office & procedure: Register for XAT after obtaining a demand Draft  for Rs. 950/- drawn in favour of ‘XLRI Jamshedpur A/c XAT’ payable at Jamshedpur and then register for XAT. Send the XAT PPeorm (that is to be downloaded after registering for XAT) along with the DD to: XAT office, XLRI, Circuit House Area (East),Jamshedpur- 831001 OR

Register Obtain XAT bulletin by Online Payment: Register for XAT after making an online payment using credit card/ debit card/ net banking for an amount of Rs. 950/- He/ She then has to send the XATPP eorm  (that is to be downloaded after registering for XAT) along with transaction receipt to above mentioned address.
