2.Post GRaduate Certifiacte in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM), 1 Year,  PGCHRM program will focus on various HR Processes; Strategic and International HRM, Manpower and Organizational Management and Effective Administration. The program provides an in-depth understanding of HR aspects, their processes, issues involved in HRM etc.  Assignments and projects can be submitted online and are structured conveniently.

Campus Visit: The program has 7 days of residential academic inputs at the XIMB Campus at Bhubaneswar where intensive learning of critical soft skills components is facilitated, which is a mandatory requirement for successful completion of the course. Eligibility and Selection: 2 Years of work experience. A three year bachelors  Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as eligible for post- graduate studies in management with at least two years of work experience.
