A voluntary non-profit organization that works all days to support students and youngsters in their career planning and skill development. It also focuses on quality improvement of teachers and parents.
CIGI has a proud track record of serving over a million beneficiaries annually for the last 15 years.
The primary objectives of CIGI are:
·    Help young generations build the right future in career
·    Make marginalized classes particularly backward minorities & communities active in the process of nation building by regionalizing and popularizing career guidance services at grass root level, especially in rural areas.
·    Develop tools and human software for individual excellence of target group.
·    Support and supplement governmental schemes and programmes for the empowerment of weaker sections by providing training, awareness and facilities in education and employment.
·    Strive to realize the nation’s declared objective of balanced growth.

CIGI is crossing the milestone of 15 years of committed services to the society. We have quite a number of historic moments which gives us reminiscences of our hard but sweet journey during these years.
Our interventions in the educational and social fields especially among its downtrodden have drastically changed the scenario and have widely accepted. Students, teachers, parents, job seekers, organizations, institutions, govt. bodies and non governmental initiatives has made use of CIGI in various capacities and arenas and scientific career planning, educational guidance and counseling, psychological counseling, aptitude tests, competitive examination coaching units, civil service. Projects like SAGE, GRAND, Hikma and PRATHYASHA for social empowerment, projects like STEP and REVIVE or quality improvement of orphanages and projects like ‘VIJAYABHERI’ in cooperation with local bodies all gives us immense satisfaction.

Still there are many areas to be looked into and issues to be sorted out to lift our society to greater heights. These issues are making our nights sleepless. We cannot sleep without solving these problems. Let us dedicate ourselves once again for the well being of the community and development of our Nation.
